History
In history we are looking at how the Industrial Revolution influenced Britain. To begin with we have been looking at timelines to understand when the IR began and comparing it with other periods of history.
Working in pairs we are researching how cotton production changed during the Industrial Revolution; from Cottage Industry, to large scale factory production. We produced a Google Slides presentation, using our computing knowledge of google classroom and drive to share the final piece of work.
The pupils have loved looking at a range of historical artefacts from the Industrial Revolution.
Year 5/6 have been looking at various artefacts from the Industrial Revolution. What are they? Why were they used? What they are made of?
