PSHE

This week we are focusing on stereotypes. We are going to look at what stereotypes are and how we stereotype people for specific job roles e.g. Football player, you automatically think of a man.  Are we right in using stereotypes? Should we judge a person or a group just because of the way they look, their gender, the job they have, their age or their likes and dislikes? Work through the activities in the PowerPoint. Then draw yourself and a friend. Look at similarities and differences. Does it matter what they look like/or like doing they are still your friend?

Discuss what you want to be when you’re older.
