To support English this week there will be daily zoom meetings. These will be used to support and guide pupils in accessing the pre-recorded videos and resources.
This week’s writing will be inspired by the film ‘The Impossible’ which is based on the true story of the Indian Ocean tsunami that hit Thailand on Boxing Day 2004. By Friday you will have written a recount of the events and you will have the opportunity to share your writing during Friday's zoom meeting.

Join the zoom call at 9:30am to share your writing from this week. All you will need is the recount you have written. It is not compulsory to read your work. You can join the zoom to simply listen to the recounts.
There will be live Maths lesson at 1.30pm on Zoom. You will be sent an email link so that you can log on to the lesson each day. Look out for this in your inbox.
This week the lesson focus will continue with fractions. Today we will continue to focus on Adding and Subtracting Fractions, The live lesson will give examples of the questions before pupils have the opportunity to go away and answer questions in their own time. For today's lesson you have a choice.

In our art this week, we will be looking at outlines, edging and shading. Follow the video pausing when you need to and attempt the tasks. It doesn't matter if you don't have a range of pencils, just use what you've got.
