The Great Fire of London

This term our topic is the Great Fire of London. Pupils will learn all about this iconic, historical event. During this topic we will weave our learning around the geographical and historical facts and events to ensure pupils understand the ‘where’, ‘why’, ‘how’ and the long lasting impact the event had.

We are looking forward to a visit from the fire brigade in Autumn 2, where pupils will learn all about how the service keeps us safe. In addition to this, we will be venturing out of school for a visit to Perlethorpe, where pupils will further develope their learning around the Christmas story. 
 

Our PE days this term are Wednesday and Friday.
