We loved singing our Christmas songs today. You will be able to hear them very soon.

We have been thinking about our Anti-bullying week, which is the week beginning 15th November. The theme this year is 'One kind word.'  We have been talking about kind words that we could say to our friends and how these can make people feel. The children came up with some lovely ideas.

Some of our fantastic firework poems.

'One kind word' is the National Anti-bullying logo this year. We have been thinking about our friends and the importance of being kind to them.

'One kind word' is all it takes. Look at our lovely, thoughtful messages.

PE lessons with Mrs Paton

This half term we have been working on static balancing and ball coordination in our Tuesday PE lessons.
We started with learning how to hold a mini front support with good posture and once we had mastered that we moved on to a full front support, straight back and tummy tucked in. Then we had to pretend that a mouse had landed on our back and we had to flick it off. Below is a video of some of the class attempting to do this.

During our Maths lessons, we have been using Dienes to represent different numbers.

It’s the last week of the term and in PE today we tried some different games. This is the hoop challenge. Hold hands and pass the hoop along the line.
