As part of our school week, children have 2 hours of PE. Physical exercise is really important in our routine as it keeps our children active and fit physically but also great for their mental health too. Why not try a short burst of exercise when children are finding it difficult to concentrate for long periods of time and then try completing a learning task after... Can you tell a difference?
