Science - Animals including humans

There are lots of different types of foods and that humans need a variety of foods to be healthy.  Look at the foods on the slides. How could you organise these foods into groups? Discuss ideas about grouping.  Did everyone group them the same why? Why or why not?
 

Go through the different information on the different food groups on the slides and explain which foods are needed for growth and which are needed for energy.
