Our PE day is Monday afternoon so remember to bring your kit and trainers. PE kits can stay in school if you want!
During the Spring Term we will be learning Gymnastics.
Homework is given out on FRIDAY and collected in on THURSDAY. If your homework is not completed by this time you forfeit some of your golden time!
Reading at home
Each child has been given a login password to access ABACUS READING at home and school. Your child has got their login details in the school diaries.
Furthermore, children have been introduced to a NEW reading system called ACCELERATED READING. Each child has been tested on their comprehension skills and has been allocated a number band to choose from. Children are responsible for reading at school, at home and take on regular reading texts using Ipads at school before changing their books.
PLEASE ENCOURAGE YOUR CHILD TO READ AT HOME!
Helping at home with Maths: ROCK STARS!
Each child has been allocated a login name and password to practice their times tables at home and at school.
Pupils are tested once a week.
PLEASE TEST THEM AT HOME TOO!
