Things to know

• PE lessons are on a Monday and Wednesday.  Please ensure you child wears the school PE kit in all the PE lessons. This includes appropriate footwear and black tracksuit bottoms/shorts. 
• We encourage weekly spelling and times table practice at home to support assessments. Spellings can be accessed via https://play.edshed.com/en-gb/login and timestables via https://ttrockstars.com/
• Children have an optional homework book. Homework choices can be found in the relevant term pages.
• Reading diaries are provided and we request that parents and pupils work together to keep a log of reading at home. Children need to be reading as regularly as possible and can work towards the termly reading rewards. We ask that the children's reading books and diary comes to school every day please.
• Children have access to books in class as well as online books on https://www.activelearnprimary.co.uk
• Please provide your child with a water bottle each day. They can also bring a healthy snack to eat at breaktimes.
