In the Summer term we are learning about...

All about how things grow! We will look at where to find minibeasts and learn all about caterpillars, butterflies and ladybirds. The children will go on a trip to Clumber Park to take part in a minibeast hunt! We will also learn about what plants need to grow and even grow our own bean plants and sunflowers.

In the Spring term we are learning about...

All about where we live and compare this to a different climate. We will look at similarities and differences between Worksop and Antarctica. The children will be looking at maps and draw information from them. We will also learn about penguins and find out how to look after one!

In the Autumn term we are learning about...

Ourselves and how we are all different. We will learn about special festivals and celebrations people can celebrate such as Harvest, Diwali, Bonfire Night, Remembrance Day and Christmas.

We will even take part in our first Nativity show!
