Summer
During PE lessons this half term we will be learning how to play dodgeball and some of the children will get the opportunity to take part in a dodgeball festival at Retford oaks school.
We will also be learning the 4 skills needed for Quad kids athletics, these are Standing long jump, howler throw, 75 m sprint and a 600m run. In June a group of year 4 children will be selected to represent our school in a Quad kids competition.

This term in our science lessons we are looking g at electric circuits and today we have been investigating if an object found in our classroom is a conductor or an insulator.
