Our trip to Cadburys world

During our trip to Cadburys world we learnt all about the process of making chocolate (bean to bar). We explored the expedition, experienced the 4D cinema and went on a ride. We also had a talk from an expert at Cadburys world who told us lots of fun facts all about the chocolate. 

Science

In science we have been learning about food groups, what makes up a balanced diet and the functions of our skeleton including what a bone, joint and cartridge is. 

Maths

In maths we have been looking at multiplication and division. We have been using cubes to show how to group different multiplications, helping us to complete our power maths lessons. 

English

In English we are currently looking at the story Rang Tan in my bedroom. We have been learning about all the features of a newspaper report and by the end of the unit we will be writing our own newspaper report. 

DT
In DT we have conducted research and questionnaires about peoples favourite chocolate bars. We then have been designing and making our own chocolate bars with our findings.
