Week beginning 7th December

This weeks spellings are focusing on Statutory Spelling Challenge Words

Have a go at the 'look, cover write check' activity, to help you learn them - why not get someone to test you at home?

There are then Spelling Shed activities and some other activities for you to work on.

Practise your new spellings at home. There is a 'look, cover, write, check' sheet with them on, along with an activity. You can also log onto Spelling Shed for some games with this weeks words.

This week we will be working on angles. Below are some videos to watch and activities to complete after you have watch them. There are also Active Learn games and also an LBQ unit to complete.

There's lots for you to complete!

Science - Electricity Lesson 5

What happens in a circuit when we change the components?

In this lesson, we will be learning about voltmeters and ammeters. We will then investigate what happens when we change the number of cells and lamps in a circuit. We will be writing predictions and conclusions in this lesson. You will need a pencil, a piece of paper and a ruler.

Physical Education

Children and young people should engage in moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity for an average
of at least 60 minutes per day across the week. This weekly resource will give simple ideas on how to be
physically active with a different sport theme for 30 of those minutes each day.
